Hello, my name is Walt Trombly. I'm currently in my first year of real
estate. I have a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business from Worcester State College and also an Associate in
Applied Science degree in Electric Power Technology from Bismarck State College. I have worked in the electric industry for
the past 8 years. I am a member of Phi
Theta Kappa, which is an international honor society. I am also an Executive Board member of the
Brotherhood of Utility Workers Local 310, representing electric and gas utility
workers in Rhode Island. I currently
reside in North Smithfield with my wife.
After many years of thinking of entering the real estate field, I
finally decided to get my real estate license.
Buying or selling property can be a very stressful
experience, I understand that. I will
attempt to provide a stress-free environment and experience for my
clients. For a buyers perspective, I
understand the major decision, commitment, and investment involved. Buying a home can be the biggest financial
decision that someone has to make in a lifetime. I can help with the buying process, showing
you homes in the locations and price range that you desire. I can help you make offers, negotiate for
you, and help provide other assistance you may need. As a sellers agent (listing agent), I can
help you with the selling process. I can
perform a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) on your home, which helps in
determining the listing price. I can
hold open houses (if desired), which can bring a large number of potential
buyers to your home. I can help with
negotiations and counteroffers you may receive from potential buyers. I can also list your home on MLS, providing
you with the greatest opportunity for exposure.
I am looking forward to working with you. Please call or email me if you have any
additional questions or need any other real estate information.
