Realty! I'm Chris Rotondo, co-founder and part owner of Watermark
Realty. My Real Estate career began back in 2001 with the sale and
purchase of my own homes. Since that time, my partner and I have
assisted hundreds of clients with their Real Estate needs. All of this
business allowed me to gain an enormous amount of experience in a
short amount of time. Be assured that I am well prepared to represent
your interests in the most appropriate and competent manor. My
schooling includes 5 years at Syracuse University where I majored in
Information Studies and minored in Business Management. I have many
years of sales experience and training to offer.
I am married to my amazing wife and
the proud Papa to two beautiful girls. I truly understand what a home
means to the family unit. Not just a building for shelter but a place
to grow, love, experience and enjoy some of the best moments of your
life.
I am extremely self-motivated,
hardworking, and conscientious. If I am awake, I am available. Driven
to do my best to assist you, I consider your satisfaction my top
priority. Additionally, I possess exceptional communication and
negotiation skills. Finally, I am capable of providing you with the
most up-to-date and innovative technology. All of this combines to
create a quicker and more financially profitable transaction for you. I
am also part of The Smith~Rotondo Team with Cynthia, our broker.
Combined we have well over 20 years of experience in the industry.
