My interest in real estate began 25
years ago. Knowing that owning a home is the best investment someone can make
for their future, I purchased my first home at the age of 24. I then spent the
next 20 years growing a family, selling and buying twice and working full time as
an office and collections manager of a fairly large service oriented
company.
In 2003, when my children were half
way through high school, I knew how much harder it would be for them to
obtain home ownership. That is when
I decided to become a Realtor and I love every minute of it. I find it to
be a very challenging occupation. Every transaction is unique in it's own which
requires a great amount of knowledge in many fields such as construction,
financing, market value, preparing a home for the best price possible,
zoning/land use and various real estate laws.
I have been a Coventry resident for
38 years and have been fortunate enough to take my goal a little further by
assisting low/mod income families maintain their home with the use of Community
Development Grant Funds. I feel both of my careers are very
rewarding.
I am looking forward to spending
many years with WaterMark Realty. This company will afford me the tools and
resources to make every sale as smooth as it could
possibly be.
