Having lived in Charlestown since 1971, Joanne is considered an “Adopted Native
Rhode Islander”. Licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1969, her experience in
creating subdivisions, appraising property, and working in the banking
industry, gives Joanne the needed skills to understand neighborhoods,
