Watermark Realty is now offering some of the latest technology available in home feedback reporting. When you list your home for sale with us, you will automatically be added to the Homefeedback.com reporting system. This system is geared to give you immediate feedback from agents and buyers who view your home. You will be assigned a log- in and password for your account so that you will be able to view feedback anytime and anywhere.
Here's how it works. After each showing of your home, a customized feedback form will be emailed to the buyer's agents and/or prospective buyers. After the form is completed and submitted, the system tabulates and stores the results. The report will then be sent directly to your email for your review. Your Watermark agent will also receive a copy. The system will keep track of all results and generate statistical data, allowing us to recognize trends. Through the use of this program, we gain valuable insight into how prospective buyers and their agents view your home. What did they like? What didn't they like? Is the price too low/high? Are they contemplating making an offer? If not, why not? By becoming aware of potential problems/concerns hindering the sale of your home, we can address them sooner. Our hope is that this will result in a quicker, more profitable sale for you.
